In an industry that has an astonishing 60% average turnover rate for employees, we have had to raise our teachers up above "daycare workers," to honor them with the true teaching positions that they hold. Even though Foundations is new, every month we continue to have more teachers celebrate their anniversaries of working. We may lose a few in the process, but at Foundations, we are quickly developing a core group of teachers that will be here and with your family for many years to come. We pride ourselves on the stability of our terrific teachers!

Foundations is proud to partners with the Drugs Don't Work program to ensure a drug-free workplace. All teachers are drug tested prior to accepting a teaching position, and Foundations does random drug testing throughout the year to maintain accountability.
